St Mary's is a lovely community pre-school for the local Chesham community based in the centre of Chesham. The staff are caring, considerate, intelligent and wonderful at managing children 's play and early learning. It is a charity, so doesn't have pressure to make a profit like many other pre-schools and nurseries. My daughter has developed very well there and I am happy that I had the flexibilty to send her for a couple of mornings a week when she was little. Importantly, there isn't a large turnover of staff, so there is continuity and experience in abundance.

Today, with my business Immersive Theatres, I delivered a 5m digital planetarium experience to 120 Year 1 and Year 2 pupils at Newtown Infant School. I was warmly welcomed by the staff on arrival and found the hall prepared just as I had requested. The day was well organised with all groups arriving on time. The excited but well-behaved students enjoyed a rich selection of content: peering up at the planetarium night sky, visiting the International Space Station, handling a meteorite and learning about both the Solar System and the various types of stars. Thank you Newtown Infant School for a very pleasant visit.
